**Eurasian Stew is actually multi mushrooms and vegetables borscht in chicken stock

昨晚食中西合壁的晚餐，有囡囡的至愛，海南雞飯，Bryan 中意的Eurasian Stew 湯和豆腐，加碟菜心就算了！

Last night’s dinner was East meets West cuisine, as Babe Dearest wanted Hainanese Chicken Rice and Bryan wanted his favorite Eurasian Stew and Tofu. Of course I have to satisfy both of their cravings as Bryan hasn't come for dinner for quite awhile already! To complete the meal, sauteed a plate of Choy Sum... Bon Appetit!
