看見一班网友食臘味飯,忽然好想食砂鍋雞飯,昨晚立刻煮來作晚餐,好香的臘腸。。。同時做了凍豆腐,魚旦猪皮尤魚,好正呀!
Suddenly felt like having claypot rice for dinner after seeing what the girls had at Wing Wing's birthday party... copycat copycat.... sure was lovely!
Last night‘s dinner: claypot chicken rice, cold tofu appetizer and my favorite fishball, pig skin with cuttlefish.... how satisfying!

    What kind of sauce was that with tofu? I once used vinegar + soya sauce but tasted bitter (i guess it was due to the chemical effect it had with the thousand year egg).

    I used shabu shabu sauce, add water, sesame oil, white pepper and a bit of sugar; boil it then cool.
