看見一班网友食臘味飯,忽然好想食砂鍋雞飯,昨晚立刻煮來作晚餐,好香的臘腸。。。同時做了凍豆腐,魚旦猪皮尤魚,好正呀!
Suddenly felt like having claypot rice for dinner after seeing what the girls had at Wing Wing's birthday party... copycat copycat.... sure was lovely!
Last night‘s dinner: claypot chicken rice, cold tofu appetizer and my favorite fishball, pig skin with cuttlefish.... how satisfying!

ReplyDeleteWhat kind of sauce was that with tofu? I once used vinegar + soya sauce but tasted bitter (i guess it was due to the chemical effect it had with the thousand year egg).

ReplyDeleteI used shabu shabu sauce, add water, sesame oil, white pepper and a bit of sugar; boil it then cool.
