年初二,請了二十多位好友午餐聚舊,一大清早起床準備。幸好佣人好幫手。。。

好久沒有請這麼多客人了,十道菜頗為吃力,好彩連老公都贊好,累也值得!

Today hosted a luncheon for about 30 of my close friends and it sure took a LONG time to get it all together。Woke up at 8 to do the last few dishes, as four of the braised dishes were done ahead for the flavors to soak in.

Though it was rather tiring, it sure was worth all the work as we had great time eating, chatting and just enjoy each other's company!

    10 courses luncheon... heee... CNY is always my big cookout time besides birthdays :)

    I esp love to have close circle friends dinners, somehow it feels like a FAMILY gathering, family of God..

    包D皮 is BOUGHT, haaaaa.... I just steamed them.... you can use the "mantou" recipe and must make the shape differently :)
