Inspired by Tendy's 香蕉芝士布朗尼, but my children don't like banana mousse, so have to change the flavor a bit to suit their taste. Today is SO hot and humid here, just HAVE to think of something refreshing. 热死了！
I used pineapple yoghurt and added pineapple chunks and nata de coco inside the mousse to give it some bit. Turned out real well if I may say so myself! 好好食呀！
