贵妃雞 Empress Chicken

蒸隻雞来补一补。。。

I love to eat this steamed Empress Chicken, easy to make and seems good to the body too. Marinaded with lots of ginger powder and normal seasoning; added 杞子, red dates, ginseng, almond seeds, and lotus seeds for the herbal flavoring. Steam the whole thing for an hour and what a nice dish to go with either rice or porridge. Yummy!

    这鸡很易煮,可用kampung chicken or normal chicken

    1.用一碗水放入
    六粒 红dates,
    2tsp 纪子
    3枝 党参
    3tsp 南北杏

    煮半小时,放凉.

    2. 将鸡洗诤,用salt, sugar, pepper season for 2 小时,放入大碗.
    3. 放入(1)的料,不要水
    4. 蒸一小时半, 食前试味,可加酱青,麻油
