咖啡排骨 Coffee Ribs



在酒家吃过很多次,但这是第一次试煮,咖啡味太重,要加糖,都有七成似,下次再试!

For first try, this dish did not turn out too badly. Don't know when this dish started to have a prominent place in local Chinese restaurant menu. Most kids and adults like it because it is sweet and varied a bit from the normal sweet and sour pork. For myself, I rather have the normal 京都骨; but then a change of taste is not a bad idea neither.

    i從來未食過呢個coffee ribs 大口青就好喜歡食ribs 因為骨與骨之間既肉寧捨滑

    一样原理,我只再加一匙instant coffee powder 去 marinade, 加一点蜜糖,就好好味! 无糖会苦, 试整比大口青食,锡晒你.

    Yes, lots of strange new items on menu here just so to say it is NEW. But this one has been around for awhile, just that I don't particularly like it much; dont enjoy that uniqueness
