衷心の祝福 Happy Birthday Mark

Today is Mark's birthday and may God bless him & his Music ministry everyday of his life!

Ever since last week after Bryan told me it is his dad's birthday today, I have been in a dilemma as to which type of cake I should make for him. Thanks to Sherry with her helpful tips, Truffle is IT. That's great, time to try out my beloved 70% dark chocolate from US; thus presenting...

吐露芙の戀

'吐露芙'这个名是创意無限的'我愛你'想出来的, 然后加上我喜欢的东洋味'の戀', 我太中意了!

hAPPY bIRTHDAY mARK, n as you always say,

"BE BLESSED"!

  2. No, No, not coconut. Had the privilege of seeing the real thing and it's GOOD!!!!
    It's strawberries and blackberries.

  3. Ling Foon & Alice

I think Alice meant the SNOWFLAKES which are actually dissicated coconut that are sprinkled sparingly to create the cool feel.

LF, I regret not putting some walnuts around, it looks SO PLAIN in picture though the actual cake was ok; hmmmm

  13. Simplicity is the key. You don't want to "drown" your cake.

As to cake delivery to door step...where is mine!!!

I think I should get some credit in getting her started in cake making. It seems like she started AFTER coming to the States. :)

To be VERY fair, I think it was the leisurecat website that got me started. Then, you taught me all those sponge cake n biscuits sure help too. Not to rob Albert of his credit, his creations sure inspired me.

SO NOW, I thank my father, my mother, my uncle, my auntie, my.....

Heee, last but not least, ALL the people who DARE to EAT my cakes and spur me on!!!
