久違的晚餐 Nonya Fish


上星期忙著油漆,成個星期都無煮飯,食出面的野食到囡囡大叫受不了,唔好講佢,我咁中意週街食的人都有點怕怕。

昨晚煮了這碟非正宗的娘惹魚(Nonya),娘惹菜是一種地道的菜式,中合馬來同中國的文化,自成一格。

不過我煮的是加入自己中意的味道,但靈感始於娘惹咋!

魚先煎熟,上面的醬料就像甜酸醬,加小小咖喱粉,黄薑粉,洋蔥,蕃茄,上面的葉是自種的叻沙葉,可有可無,如喜歡,可放香茅入去煮添。如果要魚入味點,可把煎熟的魚回鍋,入多一下味,一樣可以。
Have been so busy the whole of last week painting, didn't even cooked dinner at home at all. If you have whole week of outside food, you will be sick of it too. So, went back to our dinner routine last night, and this Nonya Fish is one of the dishes we had.

    you can use onion, fresh tomato, some ketchup, vinegar, sugar, bit of soy sauce to fry together and taste, I like to add pineapple too and the syrup can use as sugar. That will be the base of your sweet and sour sauce, just add whatever taste you like.
