墨西哥牛肉卷 Beef Fajitas

Doesn’t it look like Burritos？




As we don‘t have soft tortilla here，I use the wraps which is quite the same thing

很久沒有吃墨西哥餐，本來打算愛蓮來探我時，會以墨西哥主題晚餐來宴客的，因為愛蓮祗喜歡吃牛肉和麵包或pasta，所以Mexican就剛剛好。。。

可惜，因時間關係，她不能來食飯，這樣唯有我慢慢食已買好的材料啊!

Haven't had Mexican food for a long time. As I planned for Irene's dinner menu and with consideration of her restricted diet (she only eats beef and bread); I have decided to make a Mexican spread for her. Alas, due to time restriction, she could only come for tea. What to do with all the ingredients I have bought in anticipation, of course it has become our dinner one by one this week!

This is one of my all time favorite, fajitas with beef; I wonder if I like it because of the tortilla or the pico de gallo???
