生日晚宴 Birthday celebration for Daddy Dearest

前晚半夜三更弄蛋糕点焟燭，到二点才睡，昨朝囝囡中午才起床同老豆食Brunch，今晚好友Ling Foon 請我們一家去慶祝老公生日，太好了，不用我煮。寿星公選擇食日本餐，結果去了Great World City 的 Ichiban Boshi，食物新鮮好味，真的一級棒！

Yesterday was hubby's actual birthday! It was a public holiday because of Vesak Day! The kids didn't even get up till late morning to have brunch with daddy, and blamed it on my birthday cake blowing in the wee hour the night before, hey!

Anyway, Ling Foon brought the birthday boy (of course his darlings included) to a sumptuous Japanese dinner at Ichiban Boshi. She wanted to bring us to this fancy Kuriya Japanese Restaurant and I one look at the writeup in Tatler, told her FORGET IT... Hey, I know she wants to SPLURGE on her favorite uncle CC, but enuf is enuf.... I think this Ichiban Boshi is really value for money, and even CC thinks the sashimi is one of the freshest he has tasted and said, "I WILL COME BACK AGAIN"... wow, that is the highest compliment he gives to a restaurant.

Thanks Ling Foon for the lovely dinner, we all enjoyed it!
