前晚放工後忽然感覺身體在微燒中,還有 , 晚餐後看了醫生食了葯, 一早起床身體筋疲力盡, 倦怠之中, 但還要撐著上班呢...
所以昨晚晚餐,唯有煲雞粥和炒麵線,清清的一餐,當減肥好了。
