三文威靈頓,酥皮海鮮湯 Salmon Wellington and Clam Chowder










上星期去Dome食晚餐時點了這道三文魚,跟孩子們說我會一試,剛好買到新鮮靚三文,就牛刀小試!有剩下酥皮,用來整個海鮮湯吧!

Can't wait to show u what I made for dinner tonight - Salmon Welllington! Brought the kids out to dinner last week and had this salmon Wellington ... needless to say I told them - I MUST TRY TO MAKE THIS MYSELF.... VOILA!
