再戰四角豆 Winged Beans




自從上次Iris來我家作客,試過這道菜,又說很喜歡它的口感後,我就時不時的去研究不同的方法或別的配料去煮它。研究結果是:用新鮮辣椒同蒜頭去炒最好吃,不信試一試!

Must continue my Chinese Cuisine series, today is stirfried winged beans aka kacang botol in Malay. Here are two ways, one is just fried with garlic (actually better if add chilli); and the other is fried with prawns. Goes well with rice or porridge!
