原來星期二是美國网友梁太太的生日，用另一個网友Angfoo手提送來的Dome型模，做這個咖啡朱古力慕士蛋糕來做個越洋的祝福，好可惜我們在台灣緣慳一面，不過不要緊，我在新加坡等妳！

AIYO, just found out it was Mrs Leung's birthday was on the 21st...never mind, late is better than never. This dome shape mold was specially brought from HK by Angfoo; so kind of her to hand carry for me. This is the maiden cake from the mold, Gateau de Kahlua et Chocolat!
