What a great idea another blog friend Momo introduced... cut the middle chicken wings in half like a log, then fried or baked it. The reasoning? More surface area to get the marinade and it will be more tasty. Read about that last night and couldn't wait to try it.
Couldn't wait till dinner, so fried the chicken wings and gyoza for the kids' afternoon snack today as they didn't have lunch after church. Trust me, it is delicious!
