香滑巧克力蛋糕 Truffle Cake
終於整出一個連囝囝都滿意的Truffle 蛋糕了。。。又真是好滑吓o架!
For the first time, Sonny Dearest says this truffle cake is QUITE smooth, passable! Yeah... He is the best critic there is within 10 miles, and I passed... yippeeee! I put crushed almonds on top for the crunch...
I gained at least 5 lbs from christmas till now, so on diet starting today, argh.
this cake very easy, I just add this and that, make a choc sponge cake, cut into 3 layers.
whip 3 cups of sweet cream to 50% (not too much), melt 8oz of dark chocolate, mix together. it should be CREAMY. so one layer cake, put a third of the truffle, and so on. Chill for 2 hours.
It is not whipped cream, the cake crumbs are its DECORATION, I purposely put there instead of almond flakes. I have not done a ganache before, how to do it?
Ganache would be prettier. Smooth finish. Just melt chocolate with a bit of milk. You can add more or less of the milk to get to the right consistancy.
第一個來,食件大的^^

Got it?
Can see the whipped cream. You can use a ganache on the top and side to hide the crumbs.
