又是囡囡的好介紹 Thanks to Babe Dearest

唉，做人媽媽甚艱難！尤其是我的女兒好難服侍o架，今次因為她在校負責音樂會的策劃，也是當學生領袖退位前的最後一個項目，所以希望一切做到十全十美，咁就辛苦了我們啦。点解哩？因為大小姐三日前跟我說，“Ma，星期五我要整一百個人的小食，你可以弄点好食的点心給我嗎？”

經過一大輪建議和參考後，乖女終於選擇了墨西哥小食，Quesadilla, 來交差。。。我另加杏仁曲奇餅, ( 唔該大少奶的recipe http://hk.myblog.yahoo.com/Delicatessen-ivanbee)！

Nowadays, it is not easy to be a mother; especially to my babe dearest! The last assignment darling has as an outgoing student councillor is to organize her JC's Music Fest. Since it is her pet project, she wants everything to be just nice; which includes a reception before the event. Where does this mommy come in? Only to prepare a savory item for 100 people and something that doesn't need refrigeration and tastes nice and loves by EVERYBODY , that is all. Aiiiiyooooo, talk about tall order.

After much deliberation, darling ALLOWS me to make quesadilla with salsa. Since they don't have refrigerator, I used summer sausages, onion, tomato and cheese as fillings. As a surprise, I made almond cookies for them too (special thanks to 大少奶 for her recipe, http://hk.myblog.yahoo.com/Delicatessen-ivanbee). Hope they like it.
