韓風泡菜豆腐煲 Korean Tofu Pot

我一路都很喜歡吃韓國泡菜，自從妹妹在西雅圖愛上韓國食物後，每次回家都會去食，尤其是馬麵，則是豆醬麵條o羅，唔同名之嘛！然後每次去羅省都去豆腐屋食飯，最懷念是它的泡菜豆腐湯和鐵板牛仔骨，簡直一流！ 前兩日因為看到藍雨介紹的博客有很多韓國料理，又令我想起豆腐湯的美味，結果今晚煮來做晚餐，全家人都食到汗流浹背，大叫爽爽爽！

Recalling LA's Tofu House, what a mouth watering experience... Everytime I go to LA, Alice will sure bring us there for at least one dinner. I just LUV the tofu soup and BBQ beef shortribs, yummm.... Couple of days ago, Yoyo recommended me one blog and it has tons of delicious Korean cuisine. It sure reminded me to make my own version of tofu soup a la LA... After the taste test by all the picky eaters at home: DELICIOUS... Yeah.... if I may say so myself, it was pretty good... heeee!
