再戰豆腐煲 Spicy Seafood Tofu Soup

夠辣夠紅的海鮮泡菜豆腐煲
在韓國超級市場買的辣椒醬

昨日羅省的妹妹在電腦上看到我的豆腐湯,大叫不夠紅不夠辣,當時是她的晚餐時份,在MSN跟她談天,正在等我們的表姨一起去食飯,咁我問她們準備去那間餐館吃飯,她說Tofu House, 哈哈哈,要去看一看正宗的分別哩?其實我也知道上次弄得不太像,但家裏的三位一点辣就o瓜o瓜叫,好難服侍哪!
不甘心的我决定煮一煲又紅又辣的海鮮煲做我的晚餐,小瓜們就食豉油雞,唔可以投訴啦!Alice,這煲似唔似呀?
After I posted the Korean Tofu Soup, my sister Alice in LA saw it during her dinner time there. The first comment she made was, "not red nor spicy enough"... true, but hubby and kids can't take that spicy and that one was quite hot already. Hmmmm.... the more I recall LA's tofu soup, the less similiar mine is though the taste is the same. Can't take that sitting down, solution?
Seafood kimchi tofu soup for MY dinner tonight, heee.... Red n Spicy enough, Alice?

  3. Yes indeed. If you take out the shrimps, that was my dinner last night. I had mushroom tofu soup and it was as red as yours. :)

  6. Mommydearest: Almost everytime in Korean Restaurant, I ordered this !! Guess I have to get myself one of those Korean Chili sauce first. What else do I need for the soup base?

    當一個貪食的人,在网上看到自己喜歡食的食物,在附近又沒有得要回來,越想越流口水,眼睛發亮的想著想著。。。不要說喉嚨痛,我發燒也會去煮來食啊。。。哈哈哈

    今晚會繼續韓國年糕和馬麵(韓國炸醬麵),因為我妹妹要學,嘻嘻

    I bought some LIVE prawns and scallops to make the "horse noodle" for you to see... can't wait. Didn't get the mussels as scallops were live and much nicer.

    It really is SO NICE n easy to make. You can buy the Korean Miso as soup base, they call it 大醬,you can use normal miso if can‘t find any。 The stock you can use small dried fish and kelp, or just chicken stock if u want it fast.
