Dinner time again and YES, it is TURKEY and ROAST PORK @ Eva's












You won't believe it, Albert and Eva even make their roast pork here ... and the skin crackles just like the ones we buy outside and the meat is just so tasty. Albert told me the way to make it, now the hardest part will be to make the same in Singapore.

Look at how hugh is that turkey drumstick, Eva roasted it and fried another turkey for dinner. The rest of the menu includes glutinous rice, white asparagus and green vegetables...

HOW TO LOSE WEIGHT????

    Yup, great IS the word for all the food here. The crabs are at least double the size of the ones we have in Singapore.
