师傅Albert亲自烧的烧肉 Albert's Roast Pork


大家唔好误会,这靓靓烧肉唔系我烧架,系师傅demo俾我妹睇(因我己回星加坡了),唔使食,一睇就知又脆又好味啦! 有一曰要试下先~~

Look at this piece of perfectly crackled roast pork, don't misunderstand, I didn't make it... My Uncle Albert taught all of us the process and recipe; and after I left LA, cooked it for my sister to try (we just didn't have enough time to eat EVERYTHING while we were there, isn't that a bummer?) Anyway, I will try to make it one of these days, thanks for the recipe Albert! It looks MARVELOUSLY delicious!
