Mommy Dearest 廚房 -- 燒雞

係我香港朋友來探我時嘅指定菜餚,我覺得幾普通,但係佢地一定要食,咁多謝捧場!


燒雞
雞一只,洗干净
洋葱一个,切四份
1 tbsp 黑椒
2 tbsp 蒜粉
1 tbsp 䀋
1 tsp 糖
2 tbsp 牛油

1. 把调味料(除牛油)搽在雞內外
2。醃一天,放在雪柜
3。燒前三小时拿出来,吹干
4. 食前一小时开爐,預熱220 度
5。放洋葱在雞內
6。牛油搽在雞皮下,小心不要弄坏皮
7. 也抹一点油和黑醤油在皮上
8. 入爐焗雞至皮夠色,大概二十分钟
9。轉低火至180度,焗至熟,大概全程四十五分钟左右,看大小
10. 熟後拿出来放至少十分钟才切,这样肉汁会到全只雞,不会干。
