Mexican salsa dip
3 ripe tomato , small cubes
1 onion,small cubes
1 bunch parsley , minced
2 chilli , minced ( optional)
5 small lime, juiced
1 tbsp vinegar
2 tsp sugar
Dash salt
1 tsp Cumin powder
1. Cut up all the fresh vegetables into small pcs, put aside
2. In a glass bowl, put in all the seasonings, stir n test the taste, should be sour
3. Add in all the vegetables
4. Stir n mix, put in a glass jar ie Nescafé jar
5. Chill overnight , n shake n taste test again , add more lime juice if like sour.
6. It tastes better after one day n can keep for at least a week in fridge.
**Serve w home made fried tortilla chips, Doritos or corn chips
