這樽酵素有個故事,事源我上個星期六買左提子準備整酵素, 突然下午看見好友Tiffany在facebook tag我,原來佢剛剛在香港教佢嘅親戚整了樽葡萄酵素,順便比我睇,咁都未算巧..... 最巧係星期日, Tiffany在新加坡嘅niece whatsapp 比我睇,她剛整左我教她整嘅葡萄酵素...
WOW, 不是吧,三個人在兩個唔同嘅國家做同一樣嘅葡萄酵素,好Q呀 !

How do you do yours? Mine is sterilized bottle, fruits etc . sugar is about 30% of fruit weight, put in three layers with lemon slices put on top of fruits (see my picture). Wait for 2 weeks, voila. DO NOT OPEN the bottle to avoid contamination ( i know some say they do and stir, but I dont)

2. 14日收成後放入雪櫃, 是否要在一個月內飲完, 不能放得太久呢?

ReplyDelete如果塊柠檬没有沾到汁,可以拿掉那片柠檬,加新的再加少少糖。还有什么水果也可以mix来做
Delete謝謝你! 已經拿走了, 但是樽菠蘿酵素冇咩泡同出好少水(但是見到有些菠蘿邊是有泡的), 正常嘛? 如果到了2個星期都是冇咩泡泡是否需要再浸長時間一點? 定可以飲得?? 謝謝!!
