Mommy Dearest 廚房 -- 玉米班塊

玉米班塊

第一次食玉米班塊係上年回香港時,好友Tendy同Gigi請我去新斗記食飯,那裏嘅乳豬好出名同好好食,另一道菜餚Tendy講係佢嘅必食菜就係玉米班塊 。。。真係咁好味?可能我唔識欣賞啦...

上星期邀請住在新加坡嘅香港朋友來吃飯,當中有小孩,所以試整這菜餚來氹細路仔,哈哈哈,我覺得我嘅好食啲(唔知醜)!

我嘅年輕客人講佢最鍾意係這一道菜,真係令我另眼相看,多謝 Jan !

    1. Really? HK has so much other more iconic dishes that I can't even finish eating during one trip, hahhah. Of course baked pork chop rice is a must and I can only have that at airport before departure..kekeke. Roast duck is another GREAT stuff

  7. 下次你試下用雞裨肉或者豬肉切粒代替魚, 或者用煎豬扒, 是香港另一個"經典"
