Mommy Dearest 廚房 -- 香蕉薑末蛋糕

香蕉薑末蛋糕

非常香嘅香蕉蛋糕,加左一碗薑末,好好嘅組合.  薑係從薑酵素來, 一啲都唔浪費 !


Yummy Banana/carrot Cake


A. 1 cup – 1.5 cup banana/carrot (cooked and mashed)
1 tsp or more ground cinnamon to taste
glazed ginger (chopped roughly)
chopped walnuts if desired
sultana
 
B. 1.75 cup self-raising flour
    1.5 tsp baking soda

C.   3 eggs
.75 cup vegetable oil
.75 cup brown sugar
2 tbsp golden syrup or add more brown sugar to replace the syrup
 
Whisk C together
 
Pour C to B , Mix. Add in A Mix well
 
Bake 180*C for one hour; check for doneness; do not under bake..

  5. Sam, these were written in yahoo pre set , so I moved them personally . The old ones ll be transferred by my good friend as she wants me to keep the comments for references as well esp the enzyme posts. I heard it is quite a job.... Mission impossible for me. Thank God I ve IT whiz friend !

    1. Mrs Benz, I used the ginger that was after making enzyme, so they are like pickled and sweet. It was excellent, do try it
