泰式炸雞塊 Thai Style Fried Chicken


我知我知,未病好唔可以食咁多熱氣食物,不過,我都要為我的家人著想,尤其是我讀書讀到無日無夜,越食越瘦的囡囡啊!

聽起來好像好偉大哩,嘻嘻,其實我都好中意食香口食物,這個餸都是好脆好好味 !
This is one of the most fragrant fried chicken marinade I ever made! YES, even though I was FIGHTING the flu bugs, I had to sacrifice and cooked this for my family to go with their porridge meal. How to control myself when such delicacy is right in front of my face???? Big sacrifice...
Tendy, the marinade secret is in tumeric powder, grated ginger, leper lime leaves, eggs and potato starch powder.... Voila.
