Mommy Dearest 廚房 -- 木薯兩食

kuih ubi
savory

grate, add sugar, salt 
steamed
roll in grated steamed coconut

grated tapioca, add salt and spring onion and fry

nice plants 
can cook the leaves too 
 
big root



十二月去左澳洲雪梨兩個星期,本來應該寫澳洲嘅旅記,但係諗下你哋已經睇旅記睇到悶啦,咁放啲食物先啦,希望你們鍾意!

有自種木薯收成,用來做左Daddy Dearest鍾意食嘅甜木薯糕kuih ubi,也做鹹嘅木薯餅,你哋鍾意邊樣呀?

    1. 啲葉用香料和椰子汁來煮,幾好食。旅記寫好啦,寫多幾篇菜餚先,唔係太多存貨啦,哈哈哈!
