a lot of herbs inside the soup (lemongrass, galangal, tomato, serai leaves, garlic)
這個係印尼雞湯米粉,用好多香料同雞來煮個湯,最緊要當然係啲辣椒醬,使用印尼甜醬油Kicap Manis 做,少少甜多多辣,正呀!
