食完会打横行的晚餐 Crab Vermicelli

这一大窝螃蟹米粉,竟然被daddy, Nicky,Britney 和Bryan一扫而空,还有人参鸡汤和炒青菜,都无一幸免,见他们食得那么开心起劲,我这煮煮妈妈点劳碌也安慰了~~

Crab Bee Hoon is one of the recent newly-discovered favorite-of-the-month dishes of my brood. The amazing thing is each one of them just LOVES the dish... the beehoon just soaked up the sweetness of the crab, yummmm.... I served it with ginseng chicken soup and fried green vegetables.. compare to the crab, they just paled...

    我都係在出面食,回来估下点整,小孩说很似还很好食添.

    1. 煮一煲鸡上汤(或用can)
    2. 米粉浸软待用
    3. 蟹清理好,切瑰
    4. 热锅放油,大量ginger片,炒香
    5. 放入蟹,少少酒,到差不多半熟,放入鸡汤
    6. 如要米粉香些,可先用蒜头炒, then put at bottom of crab to soak up the gravy. If too troublesome, just put in the soaked 米粉.
    7. cover and cook till done, it should take another 5 min maximum.
    8. for seasoning, adjust with some oyster sauce, sesame seed oil, white pepper and sugar.
    9. sprinkle on parsley before serving.

    ** very important the fire must be hot enough or the crab will not be nice.

    I have to change to English halfway because my Chinese software hung halfway and I don't want to waste what I wrote earlier, sorry :>

    No way, I heard the crabs George caught were HUGH..nothing to compare to what we got here.
