Mommy Dearest 廚房 -- 涼拌木耳青瓜

 
涼拌木耳青瓜
 
mirin, white vinegar, sesame oil, sea salt, sugar, sesame seeds
season with the seasoning overnight, adjust taste 
morning of serving, add in cucumbers 
toss and chilled and adjust taste again before serving 
it can be kept in fridge for up to 3 days, but preferably finish up all the cucumbers on same day and add in before next serving. You can add chilli too if preferred
 

非常容易又健康嘅前菜,需要預早整好木耳放雪櫃,食嘅當天才放青瓜雪凍。
