Mommy Dearest 廚房 -- 醉雞

 
served cold 
delicious

 
use chicken thigh and flatten 
roll and tie with cooking twine 
steam for 25 minutes till fully cooked 
cool completely 
make brine with the chicken sauce 
boil with ginger, onion and wolfberries 
cut one pc of chicken and check if cooked 
cool the sauce and add in equal amount of Chinese wine  
test for bitterness because of wine, adjust taste 
put in container n chill
