Mommy Dearest 廚房 -- 日式叉燒

日式叉燒
serve with ramen or udon

 


low fire and cook for two hours 
 
color wont be dark like Chinese style

soak overnight in the cooled gravy , keep in fridge
slice thinly, mine were too thick
 
 
煮日本拉麵當然需要自己做叉燒啦,港式叉燒就煮得多,日式就第一次,唔難整同覺得幾正宗,哈哈哈,自我感覺良好!
