生日晚餐 My Birthday Dinner

昨晚本来好友Serene要请我及家人出去吃饭庆祝我的生曰,每年都一样的,但刚巧契仔这两星期要考O level, 囡囡今早八时又要考A Level Oral Presentation,点放心去食饭.结果改期再补,真唔好意思,好友的心意我知道,非常感激.

结果,我自煮生曰晚餐,邀请我两个好姐妹来同享...又系墨西哥餐,因为星期六我一啖都无食,点可以呀! Ling Foon 买来Haagen Daz 雪糕蛋糕, Ai Choo 又买了束漂亮的鲜花,好合我心意呀,所以姐妹淘就是这么的贴心!

Every year on my birthday, my family is normally invited out for my birthday dinner with my girlfriend Serene's family. It has been a tradition for the past 10 years, and this year the invitation came as normal. Only thing is that it is Bryan's O level period and Britney also has her A level oral presentation the next morning. With that, I had to change our annual date to next week.

So, I cooked my birthday dinner tonight for the family; and invited Ling Foon and Ai Choo and David along. I cooked Mexican food again because I didn't even eat one morsel on Saturday at the party. I did not even realize it till I was famish around midnight... How can I not tried my favorite Mexican food, esp after everyone says it was so good? Like last Saturday, Nicky liked the Arroz con Pollo and Tostada; whereas Britney loved the Fideo. After taste test: not bad at all, heee.

See the lovely Haagen Daz Ice Cream cake and the lovely bouquet of purple roses? Ling Foon bought the sinful Chocolate ice cream cake WITH chocolate chip; and Ai Choo bought the lovely flowers. Of course they know exactly what I like.... heeee....

Somehow, this year's birthday was very nice and I was very very happy! I guess it is due to all the new web friends that I have met and realize how warm they are. Never imagined that without meeting face to face, friendships can develop and the sincerity is just GREAT... Thank you God for sending all of them to encourage me!
