Mommy Dearest 廚房 -- 韓國泡菜

make a few batches and store in fridge
why is my picture turned sideway?
salted and squeeze out water from cabbage is a must
make the paste to your desired spiciness and taste
mix bit by bit so all the veg will get the paste
voila

 
婆婆Dearest 好鍾意食韓國泡菜,一來到就問有冇泡菜喺雪櫃,答案係冇,我懶左好多 ;) ,冇時時整㗎,咁一聽到媽咪想食,當然立刻整樽俾佢食啦。
