Mommy Dearest 廚房 -- 香煎三文魚



dry the salmon fillet, put sea salt on top of skin
rub in some dill or herbs as desired
pepper at the end
heat up the pan to maximum heat
put in butter
sear the skin till dried n crispy
don't turn it until the fish is half cooked
see the white ? fish is almost cooked through, add pepper
turn over for another half min to brown, see the lovely crispy skin?
Voila, perfect texture and inside is just cooked




放工衝回家,原因係為左用我嘅新平底鍋來煮香煎三文魚,嗱,唔好講我時時買野唔用呀,我立刻用㗎,幾靚喎。。。。個平底鍋呀,哈哈哈。
