Mommy Dearest 廚房 -- 生炒糯米飯

yummy, dont count the calories please

prep all the ingredients, soak glutinous rice for 5 hours then drained 
fry all the sausages and mushrooms and dried shrimps 
use the oil from the sausage , saute in low heat to get oil out 
put drained rice on top 
for every 500 g of rice, use about 1.5 bowls of stock or water 
Voila, doesn't take long. If you dont mind oil, add in more oil will give the rice a shiny gleam , but I avoided it 
at a glance, hope you like it

好多唔同方法煮,但係這係我嘅懶惰同少油板本, happy cooking !

    1. It's before soaked. In fact, just use whatever amount you like and adjust the amount of ingredients you prefer too. I dont normally measure seasoning as well, too lazy.
