Mommy Dearest 廚房 -- 鹽酥雞


 


大熱嘅韓劇"星星"喚起炸雞熱,雖然我冇睇,但係都跟下風,這個鹽酥雞好好味!

I feel the difference is to use five spice powder n a bit of chicken powder to season the chicken.  Used bread crumbs to coat the chicken pieces and the dip is made of salt, five spice powder and pepper.... not bad at all.
