wash and dry lemon, sterilize and dry the glass bottle 

put lemon slices into bottle, top up with honey 

cover and keep in fridge for at least 3 days before serving.  To serve, take 3 slices of lemon and some honey with plastic spoon, add in drinking water and ice.
