Mommy Dearest 廚房 -- 荷葉糯米飯

 

 






 

買左一大包糯米,用一半做糯米飯,咁另外一半不如試下這個荷葉糯米飯,看看有冇不同,我係指個香味,真係好多工夫,每二十分鐘噴一次水來蒸,需要成個小時才好。

個個專家結論係值得再做。。。當然啦,係我做佢地食麻,哈哈哈!

  2. 係呀,如果就咁蒸,真係好耐,唔噴水中間又唔熟,我通常炒到一半熟先蒸,就快啲囉
