Mommy Dearest 廚房 -- 牛扒

 
medium rare
 
hot pan with butter and olive oil , turn every 30 seconds
sear in and use garlic and rosemary to flavor the steaks while cooking  
nice medium rare, total cooking time about 4 min 
 

終於煮左從雪梨帶回來嘅T骨牛扒啦,煮前用鹽和黑胡椒粉腌一下,每三十秒翻轉塊牛扒,真係好靚。
