Mommy Dearest 廚房 -- 牛脷

worth the work 
delicious 
 
以前在香港同美國好多時都有得食牛脷㗎,但係這裡就好難買到同好貴,剛巧同事搵到有得賣,咁煮來回味一下先!

    1. it's frozen, you just boil the whole thing in hot water for about 5 to 10 minutes, and the skin can be peeled off with a knife. Quite thick
