Mommy Dearest 廚房 -- 泡菜

pass the taste test
half goes to other homes
preparation work is tedious 
worst is peeling the garlics, thanks Sonny Dearest 
took few hours 
made some radish kimchi too 
cabbage is still the all time favorite

 

 


今次試下唔用咁多買嘅辣椒醬,用多啲蒜頭,辣椒粉,洋蔥來代替;效果唔錯!

    1. very easy to make, just follow my pictures, turns out every time. Do taste test on spiciness, but make sure you buy Korean chilli flakes because they give it the color n not very spicy.

    1. Hi Mrs Benz, 妳可以減少啲辛辣醬,韓國辣椒粉係個顏色紅咋,唔辣㗎,所以一定需要用韓國辣椒粉來加色, kimchi is very healthy probiotic food ;)
