Mommy Dearest 廚房 -- 紅槽排骨

 

紅槽排骨

cook for about an hour in slow fire 
add other seasoning  
yes, this red wine dreg stuff
 

首次煮紅槽排骨, 只記得我奶奶好鍾意用紅槽煮麵線,咁看見有樽紅槽在雪櫃成年有多,連自己點解會買也忘記,不如試下煮排骨,都唔錯,當然需要加薑,蒜頭,辣椒,糖,豆醬少少.
