今天是好友Mark的生日,不要講他多少歲了,他是Bryan的爸爸就是了,哈哈哈哈!超級朱古力迷的他,一路都粉捧場的做我的白老鼠,哪,是講吃蛋糕耶!為了感謝他的偉大犧牲和勇敢,再接再厲的做一個屢敗屢試的研究成果 - 濃情朱古力Truffle蛋糕,試后感: 我祗可說一句,“亞媽,我成功了!”哼,真不要臉!哈哈哈哈哈
Today is Brother Mark's birthday and since I know he is a chocoholic (in a nice way now) I made an improved version of Truffle Mousse Cake for him. I think this is one of the best cakes I made if I may say so myself. I won't mention how much chocolate and cream I used in this 8 inch cake in case Brother Mark reads this. The consolation is that I used Royce Chocolate and research shows that dark chocolate is good for the heart, haaaa.... Go ahead, Mark, take another bite!
