失敗之作 Failed Copycat
簡直是醜不忍睹，等我有正確的模時，一定會再試過，你地等我啦！
Does anyone have the mold that make this type of half swiss roll? Can you send me a picture of it, so I can ask my friend to buy for me in HK please :) !
Thanks for the info。 I went to Phoon Huat and bought one that has grooves and no base (I used it to make this THING), the one I am looking for is like the cradle type... hmmm..., saw it in a picture but can't find the pix.
Thanks for offering, I already have the one like the wheel, but the one I saw somewhere in a blog or a recipe book has two legs and the half log is smooth. PH doesn't have it, anyway, my friends in HK are looking for it for me. If you don't mind, you can email the photo to sophiecc_sg@yahoo.com

ReplyDeleteNot very sure what mould you are looking for, I think I've seen it in Phoon Huat, I also saw it in baking supply shops like Gin Hin Lee and Ailin.
