Mommy Dearest 厨房 -泡菜 fried rice

Kimchi fried rice

chop up fermented kimchi  
add in cooked rice 
add in Korean chilli paste n sesame oil 
add in spring onion and garnish with seaweeds


kimchi fried rice 真係快還好味嘅碟頭飯,Daddy Dearest 好鍾意食,見剛整左泡菜就教下工人點煮啦。

  1. 我鍾意食韓式辣醬呀...因為呢度有間韓式餐館加咗啲蜜糖撈埋落去,甜甜地最啱我!

    1. 係呀,實際上韓餐嘅基本調味醬係韓式辣醬,糖或者蜜糖,醋,豉油,麻油,芝麻。。。用這些材料加減到自己嘅口味就得啦。
