How do you maintain these wooden boards? I am always worried that they'll grow moldy. You know, the humidity in Singapore.
I wash and dry them thoroughly before I put them away in the cupboard. These have been treated as serving platter so I don't think they will turn moldy so readily. Just make sure you dry and air them well before you store them.
