Hi Yuki, how was your HK trip?For the seaweed and big sprout appetizer, you don't need to add chilli paste. Let me briefly tell you how you can do it.1. blanche the beans for 2 minutes and dip in cold water , drain dry. For seaweed, just soak till fully hydrated, drain dry.2. in a bowl, add in 2 tbsp. Jap shoyu, 1 tbsp. sesame oil, 1 tbsp. vinegar, 1 tbsp. of sugar or mirin, mix n taste (if you use more sprouts then just make more sauce)3. cut one onion into thin strips4. in a big bowl, toss together the veg, sauce and onion. Mix and taste4. chill in fridge for at least 1 hour and adjust taste.5. put in serving bowl and sprinkle toasted sesame seeds.VOILA..... !
