Mommy Dearest 廚房 -- 韓國炸蔬菜餅 Pajeon

Prawn / sotong fritters or Korean pancakes 
10 prawns, cut into small pcs
1 cup cabbage 
.5 cup    corn kernels 
1 bunch long parley 
1 shred    carrot
3 sprig     spring onion, cut small
1/2 tsp     salt or chicken stock
Dash Pepper
2 garlic pounded
Ginger little bit pounded 
Coriander seeds , pounded 
3 tbsp plain flour
1 tbsp self raising flour
1 tbsp   corn flour
Or 3 tbsp plain flour, 1 tbsp rice flour , 1/2 tbsp of self raising flour (options

1.  cut all the vegetables n prawns
2.  Put garlic n ginger to cabbages n season for half hour.  Add rest of vegetables n prawns 
3.  add in flour and seasonings, bind together (not watery)
4.  it should not be too thick, add dash of water to adjust
5.  fry in oil till done. 

** you can add in sesame seed if you like.  And your choice of veggie can be varied and to your taste.
